Q. When is check-in?
A. Check-in is guaranteed at 4:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier, every effort will be made to check you into your room if available. You may also put in a request for an early check-in.

Q. When is check-out?
A. Check-out is at 12:00 p.m.

Q. Do you allow pets?
A. The hotel does accept dogs. There is a $10 non-refundable per night pet fee. The pet may not be left unattended in the guestroom at any time. A pet agreement is reviewed upon check-in.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Cancellation without penalty is allowed until 6:00 p.m. on your night of arrival.

Q. Can I make a reservation without a credit card?
A. For weekday reservations, a 6:00 p.m. hold can be placed on your reservation. Your room will be held for check-in until 6:00 p.m. On the weekends, a credit card is required for all reservations. If you wish to mail an advance deposit, you may do so.

Q. What tax is applied to my room rate?
A. The hotel charges a 6% state tax and a 2% occupancy tax.

Q. Does the hotel accept checks?
A. Checks are accepted for payment of your room and tax. The check must be accompanied by a current form of photo identification. The hotel does not provide check cashing services.

Q. Can I request adjoining rooms?
A. The hotel does have a limited number of adjoining rooms. These rooms can be requested, but due to limited availability, are not guaranteed.

Q. Can I reserve a rollaway bed?
A. The hotel does have a limited number of rollaway beds. Due to space constraints in some guestrooms, rollaway beds are only allowed in a select few room types. Please let the hotel staff know in advance if you require a rollaway bed.

Q. Do you have handicap accessible rooms?
A. The hotel does have handicap accessible rooms. The majority of the rooms have a tub/shower combination. If you require a roll-in shower, please let the staff know. Every effort will be made to honor that request.

Q. What can I do with my valuables?
A. Do not leave your valuables in your room. Complimentary safe deposit boxes are available at the front desk.
